Global MSC Security has announced the opening of registrations for the Global MSC Security Conference and Exhibition 2020. This year, the event will focus on helping control room operators to realise the potential of Artificial Intelligence and Analytics in Video Surveillance. The exhibition opens on Monday 9th November, with the conference taking place on Tuesday 10th November 2020, at the Bristol Hotel in Bristol.
“The rate of innovation in security technology makes it a challenge to fully understand what is available on the market, as well as if and how it should be applied. What’s more, with cameras and systems becoming ever more feature rich, with the inclusion of AI and analytics functions often now coming as standard, many control room operators are unaware as to the potential of the tools at their disposal,” explains the Managing Director of Global MSC Security, Derek Maltby. “This year we will be looking at the latest technologies and trends, providing guidance around what is and isn’t permissible, particularly in reference to facial recognition, and focusing on how we can help operators at the coalface of video surveillance to use these systems to their fullest extent.”
Genetec is returning as the headline sponsor for 2020 joined by Synectics, Bosch, 360 Vision, Milestone and DSSL Group.
