Safety and compliance management specialist Clear Safety is to support Network Homes with managing its fire safety remedials programme.
Network Homes is a charitable housing association that provides over 20,000 affordable homes to more than 38,000 people across London and Hertfordshire.
Clear will be working with the Association to prioritise remedial works referenced in recent fire risk assessments, to ensure a timely and efficient progression of any priority corrective measures required to maintain Network Homes’ approach to fire safety.
Commenting on the appointment, Clear Safety Director Matt Westby said: “We are delighted to be working with Network Homes and look forward to sharing our knowledge and established expertise of the required fire safety protocols – both current and impending – to elicit an expedited response to fire risk assessment recommendations.”
