Trigion Security: looking to expand across the UK

Trigion Security – the specialist security solutions arm of Facilicom UK, and one of the fastest-growing security companies in the south of England – has stated that it’s now looking to expand the business’ reach across the entire country over the next three years by dint of offering innovative security solutions to a wide range of public and private sector clients.

Armed with an NSI Gold accreditation for security guarding solutions and ISO 9001, Trigion is fully-focused on “forging strong client relationships” while offering “exceptionally high quality services” and “value for money” for its solutions end users.

The company’s security guarding services – including static guarding, mobile patrols and key holding duties – are delivered by stringently vetted security officers, all of whom are screened to NSI Standards/BS 7858. In addition, Trigion’s security officers receive training in people and communication skills, guaranteeing a higher standard of customer service and professionalism which is a welcome bonus for the offices of blue chip clients where Trigion officers are often the first point of contact for visitors.

Trigion has also earned NSI Gold approval for the installation and maintenance of its electronic security systems which encompass access control and CCTV surveillance. Many of today’s end user customers, of course, are increasingly seeking a ‘People Plus’-style solution for their security requirements, combining the best guarding protocols together with state-of-the-art technical solutions designed to achieve a high quality and cost-effective end result. Trigion is very much in position to offer such a combination.

Steady expansion in 2014

2014 was a year of steady expansion for Trigion, with both the security guarding and technical sides of the business showing rapid growth.

The business has appointed four new business development managers to continue this success into 2015 and beyond. A corresponding influx of new colleagues in a number of departments – including operations, payroll, Human Resources, administration and sales – ensures that the company is well-equipped for further growth.

Importantly, Trigion was recognised as the first UK independent security specialist to receive Recognised Service Provider status with the Living Wage Foundation. This acknowledges the company’s continuing commitment to delivering social sustainability and fair pay.

Jan-Hein Hemke, managing director of Facilicom UK, told Risk UK: “It has been a pleasure to watch Trigion go from strength to strength in recent years. Our customer base has widened considerably, from our core clientele in the south of England, moving steadily further north, through the Midlands and Home Counties. The added value brought to end users’ businesses by our security officers makes Trigion stand out from the competition. I’ve every confidence that the team we have in place will take the company to even greater success in the future.”
