Reliance High-Tech to deliver enhanced risk management service for mission-critical applications

Reliance High-Tech is set to provide enhanced risk management services for mission-critical applications – including Critical National Infrastructure (CNI), the utilities and global brands – under a new exclusive partnership agreement signed with Citicus.

Citicus risk management software is deployed by major organisations globally to rigorously measure and control the risks posed by business applications, components of IT infrastructure, numerically-controlled equipment (including industrial automation and SCADA systems), suppliers, sites, processes and privacy-related projects.

The new partnership between the two companies will add a different dimension of security expertise to the Reliance High-Tech offer, and be particularly valued by those end users operating in regulated and CNI environments.

Complex technology solutions

Terry Sallas, managing director at Reliance High-Tech, informed Risk UK: “We’re excited to be offering the Citicus solution on an exclusive basis to a number of important sectors in the UK. Our reputation is built on an ability to provide complex technology solutions, and on the strength of our long-term customer relationships. Now, this capability will be complemented by a focus on global risk management issues, not just on the robust functioning of the security systems themselves.”

Citicus managing director Simon Oxley explained that Reliance High-Tech’s long-standing expertise at the highest level in the security market would add new depth to its own offer.

“Our software already brings objectivity and rigour to the process of measuring, tracking and managing risks among organisations globally,” observed Oxley. “Working with Reliance High-Tech will strengthen our position at the highest level with the most demanding end users and customers looking after mission-critical applications.”
