Revolution Events – the organiser of Information Security Solutions Europe (ISSE), the independent and interdisciplinary security conference and exhibition – has just unveiled the programme for the 2015 event which takes place on 10 and 11 November at the Hotel Palace in Berlin.

At ISSE 2015, more than 300 attendees will join industry experts, academics and Government officials for a series of panel debates, seminars and workshops operated across three tracks and designed to discuss the most important issues involved with the subjects of security, privacy, trust and identity.

ISSE returns to Berlin for the first time since 2004 and will be hosted by EEMA and TeleTrusT in collaboration with both the European Commission and ENISA. The conference will open with a keynote presentation from Giovanni Buttarelli, the European Data Protection Supervisor.

The first day of the event is due to close with an address from the German Federal Minister of the Interior, namely Thomas de Maizère, who’ll be representing the event’s host nation.

A highlight of ISSE 2015 will be a high-level panel debate entitled Future Ecosystems for Secure Authentication and Identification. This is bringing together global experts from Bundesdruckerei, FIDO Alliance, Google, Microsoft, MTRIX and Yubico.

The conference will draw to a close with the world-renowned cryptographer Professor Bart Preneel returning to ISSE to present ‘The Cryptographic Year in Review’.

Brian was appointed Editor of Risk UK at Pro-Activ Publications in July 2014 and as Editor of The Paper (Pro-Activ Publications' dedicated business newspaper for security professionals) in September 2015. Brian was appointed Editor of Risk Xtra at Pro-Activ Publications in May 2018.
