Jaime de Gouveia takes on business development manager’s role at Incentive Lynx

Incentive Lynx, the specialist security arm of Incentive FM Group, has appointed Jaime de Gouveia to the position of business development manager as the company embarks on the next stage of its growth. Within his new role, de Gouveia will be tasked with working alongside new and existing clients to fully understand their requirements and ensure they have access to the most suitable services and solutions.

de Gouveia has worked at Incentive Lynx for over eight years now, initially joining the business as a site-based security officer and later being promoted to the role of security manager. Before joining Incentive Lynx, he previously held positions at Central Saint Giles and MidCity Place.

deGouveia harbours more than 16 years’ experience of working across the sector. During that time, he has developed, implemented and delivered bespoke security solutions for multiple businesses across various environments.

Brian was appointed Editor of Risk UK at Pro-Activ Publications in July 2014 and as Editor of The Paper (Pro-Activ Publications' dedicated business newspaper for security professionals) in September 2015. Brian was appointed Editor of Risk Xtra at Pro-Activ Publications in May 2018.
