Incentive Lynx introduces elite team of relief cover security officers for client base

Incentive Lynx, the specialist security arm operating within the Incentive FM Group, has set up a dedicated team of relief cover officers to ensure that the quality of service delivery provided by its core teams is never compromised when individuals are off sick or on holiday. The ‘Incentive Lynx Elites’ team has been formed in recognition of the importance of providing high quality cover and follows on from discussions with key clients.

Each member of the team will be fully inducted and trained on the specific sites they cover. Each individual is Public Space CCTV and door supervisor-licensed through the Security Industry Authority and will undertake extensive instruction to include IOSH, three-day First Aid training, WorldHost customer service training, education in conflict resolution, ACT counter-terrorism awareness (through NaCTSO) training and fire warden training. All site training will be refreshed every four months.

A premium uniform will be provided to ensure that each team members fits into any corporate environment. The personnel involved will be stationed at strategic locations across London on a daily basis to ensure a quick response to any gaps that may occur in the core teams.

Stephen Waud, managing director at Incentive Lynx, said: “The ability to provide seamless, high quality cover is a key challenge for security companies and a top concern for clients. The ‘Incentive Lynx Elites’ team will ensure that the quality of our operations is maintained at all times, subsequently affording our clients full peace of mind.”
