Grosvenor Corporate Security, a division of Grosvenor Services, has announced the acquisition of Charter Security. This follows Grosvenor Services’ strategy to concentrate on building a presence in the City of London across its range of services. This strategic union of two family-owned and run businesses will continue to foster their shared values and further support their positions in the market. Ben McCauley, Managing Director of Grosvenor Services is looking forward to welcoming Charter Security and its staff and clients to the group saying:” Charter Security and Grosvenor Services have shared principles and this was important to us. We recognised that Charter joining our group would strengthen our offering to clients and be a major step to growing in the London market without diluting what makes Grosvenor and Charter so strong” our family values.” Claire Lambert, Managing Director of Charter Security said:” Grosvenor was strategically selected for our growth in all related services, their similar core values and ethos for this acquisition. We are extremely pleased that we can continue to provide our core security services together with Grosvenor. We are passionate about our people and the services we provide, and I am totally committed to this new journey.” Pictured (L-R): Ben McCauley, Claire Lambert, Bernard McCauley and Richard Fenton-Jones
