Fire and security business Evolution achieves Cyber Essentials Plus certification

Evolution, the integrated fire and security solutions business, has been recognised with Cyber Essentials Plus certification by a panel of industry experts. Cyber Essentials is the Government-backed scheme that helps organisations to protect themselves and their data against a whole range of common cyber attacks, verifying policies and procedures to meet the required standard for corporate cyber protection.

Cyber Essentials Plus is the highest certification level and requires on-site auditing and the verification of cyber security measures carried out by an independent certification body.

Derrel Beasley, technical director at Evolution, said: “Achieving the Cyber Essentials Plus certification demonstrates our commitment to implementing and maintaining cyber security measures that ensure our clients are fully protected. Maintaining these standards gives us the confidence that our data, and our customers’ data, is secure.”
