Emprise Services plc, one of the UK’s leading support services providers, has just been awarded a significant five-property deal with chartered surveyor and property consultant Montagu Evans.

The company will provide Front of House security, reception, client services, building management and general security duties for two years with a one-year extension period.

Prior to this new contract, Emprise provided reception services at a site on Bastwick Street in London, but has now been appointed to manage a wider range of services across additional sites.

Joanna O’Mara, senior facilities manager at Montagu Evans, explained to Risk UK: “Emprise clearly demonstrated the levels of service provision and support we were looking for, which will bring us longer-term benefits when it comes to the security and management of our buildings.”

Mark Langworthy, managing director for security at Emprise, added: “This new contract builds on the previous work we’ve undertaken for Montagu Evans and further strengthens our overall position in the security services market. We’re looking forward to developing a long-term business relationship and working in partnership with the company’s own facilities management team.”
