Cranfield School of Management focuses on leadership skills in security
Are you considering upskilling your high-potential managers to build a leadership pipeline and your organisation’s strategic leadership capability? If so, the Cranfield School of Management invites you to discover more about the MSc in Business and Strategic Leadership for the Security Sector. Backed by The Security Institute, the programme is designed to support organisations in achieving strategic change and is part of Cranfield’s highly regarded suite of Master’s-level apprenticeships (Level 7).
On Thursday 9 September from 9.30 am-1.15 pm at Cranfield University in Bedfordshire there will be a half-day event for security managers who are ready to lead change within their organisation and who want to develop their leadership credentials.
There will be an opportunity to learn more about who the education programme is for, the benefits for participants, the impacts and outcomes for the host organisation, the experience of current delegates, the programme content and how to support 20% off-the-job learning.
In addition to this, there will be a short thought leadership topic presented by Dr Ruth Massie (senior lecturer in cyber governance) and time to network with The Security Institute’s team as well as other member organisations.
