Churchill Security Solutions and AOS Security brought together under Amulet brand

Churchill Services Group has announced the launch of its brand new security division. Dubbed Amulet, the division is badged as a “modern, intelligence-led security company designed for exceptional service in the 21st Century”. In development since October last year, Amulet brings together Churchill Security Solutions and AOS Security as one cohesive brand with a view towards advancing the service capability of Churchill Services Group and establishing a stronger profile in the security industry.

Amulet’s “clear and confident” philosophy is ‘Security. Transformed’ which unites with Churchill’s wider goal of influencing positive change in the industry.

The announcement comes in the wake of an exciting period of growth for Churchill, which was the only multi-service provider to be featured in The Sunday Times Grant Thornton Top Track 250.

Darren Read, managing director of Amulet, said of the launch: “Amulet will have a clear focus. One which increases the prominence and importance of security, beyond being seen as a costly necessity, to one that delivers a clear return on investment, adds value and compliments our customers’ businesses. This is how we’re ‘transforming’ security – in terms of how it looks,  how it acts and also in how it’s viewed.”

Joel Briggs, Group managing director of Churchill, added: “Amulet signifies our strategy to further establish ourselves as a leading service solutions business. Our goal is to deliver innovation through our specialist, intelligence-led, consultancy-level business that realises multi-faceted security solutions across multiple sectors throughout the UK.”

Amulet provides a range of solutions for customers, among them security guarding, close protection, mobile security and Front of House services, event security, security systems and remote monitoring.

The company operates in numerous vertical sectors including retail, corporate, construction, distribution, the public sector, transport and property management.
