Ashridge Group wins new security guarding contract with APAM UK for Leeds and London sites

Ashridge Group has been successful in winning a three-year security guarding contract at multiple sites across the UK, reinforcing the group’s continued national growth. Working with long-term strategic partner First Choice Facilities, Ashridge Group has taken on new facilities contracts for APAM UK, an acclaimed property asset management company.

The new locations include a prestigious site in Leeds city centre which commenced in June, and a further two corporate locations in central London which were introduced to the Ashridge Group team this month.

As part of the contract, Ashridge Group has also welcomed two Security Industry Authority (SIA)-licensed building support officers at a new site in Leeds city centre who joined the team in June, and more recently four security officers from two corporate sites in central London.

The teams are required to safeguard the locations from outside intrusion. Ashridge Group’s experienced security personnel will be enforcing all relevant security procedures and processes to maximise the safety of the buildings, their assets and, of course, the individuals within.

Emma Walker, operations director for Ashridge Group, informed Risk UK: “We’d like to extend a huge Thank You to the operations team and the security officers based at APAM’s Bridgewater House. Due to their dedication and hard work, our relationship with APAM UK has continued to grow. We’re excited to welcome all of the new security officers to the team and we’re looking forward to providing ongoing support to the London and Leeds sites.”

The three-year contract is demonstrative of Ashridge Group’s reputation as a highly-accredited security specialist operating across the UK and marks the business’ continued maturation as an organisation.

Ashridge Group is a registered company on the SIA’s Approved Contractor Scheme as well as being a SafeContractor business and has been bestowed with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certifications.

The Buckinghamshire-based business provides a variety of security solutions for end user customers, including security guarding, key holding, mobile patrols, event management and security systems.
