Braemar Estates, the property management division of Brooks Macdonald Group, has appointed Ward Security to work at five of its residential properties around the UK. The contract will see Ward Security provide concierge and security services to the Beetham Tower as well as the Lumiere building in Manchester, XQ7 in Salford Quays, Alexandra Tower in Liverpool and The Gateway in Leeds. Ward Security began working with Braemar Estates in January 2013 to manage the security services for the West Tower in Liverpool. David Ward, Managing Director of Ward Security says,” We are delighted that Braemar Estates has chosen us to manage the security for some of its most luxurious and landmark residential properties. The Beetham Tower is the highest building in Manchester and one of the tallest residential buildings in Europe. This project helps us to demonstrate our capabilities and credentials to businesses based in the North of England.” Robert Dean, Commercial Manager of Braemar Estates adds,” Since working with Ward Security we have been very impressed by the professionalism of its security personnel and the care its senior management team has shown in creating and delivering both practical and cost effective security plans for our buildings. We feel very well looked after by Ward Security and trust them implicitly with the security needs for our highest profile property portfolio.”
