Louise McCree: specialist in HR issues for the security business sector

On Wednesday 20 September from 10.30 am-11.00 am, the Easy Web Group is running a webinar entitled ‘Recruitment, Engagement and Retention Strategies for the Security Industry’. The free-to-attend online event is aimed exclusively at senior leaders, Human Resources (HR) professionals and in-house recruitment specialists working for UK-based companies (including ‘not for profit’ organisations) and features Louise McCree, the founder of effectivehr.

The focus of the webinar is on benchmarking and how to stay ahead of the competition, how to engage your people, what to do if you feel you don’t have the right people in place within your organisation at present and improving approaches to recruitment.

This webinar is particularly timely given the Security Industry Authority’s recent indication that the number of licensed security personnel renewing their licences is reducing.

Louise McCree is a well-established HR consultant with over ten years’ HR experience gained in the security business sector having worked at Ultimate Security Services, Emprise Services and Perfectus. From October 2007 until July the following year, McCree was HR business partner at Thomson Reuters.

McCree boasts a strategic and comprehensive understanding of HR management and is skilled in employee engagement, the TUPE Regulations and organisational change. McCree is also a member of the CIPD (the professional body for HR and people development).
