Mitie has been awarded an expanded contract with Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS) for the provision of Front of House services at its offices in London. AGCS is a leading financial services company, providing a comprehensive range of corporate and specialty insurance services to a global network that spans more than 210 countries.
Mitie has been providing a number of services for AGCS since 2010, among them on-site security, asset management and Post Room solutions. The contract expansion will see Mitie deliver reception services over the next three years.
Mitie was awarded the contract as a result of the business’ track record in providing Front of House services, in addition to its determined focus on five-star service standards. Another key element in securing the contract was the emphasis that Mitie places on its people and their development, supporting them to deliver an “exceptional and memorable” service.
